Love it, I went with my good friend Hernan. We enjoy the food. The owner was very nice. Came over to check on us several times.

This place is really disorganized and chaotic. No one greets you at the door. The owner takes the names down and misquotes time and doesn’t know what’s going on. Waitress messed up our order, even though she wrote it down. Food came burnt and was flavorless. Definitely not worth it. Will never go back.

Chimu is great, their house sangria as delicious! I will say that the food is a little on the pricey side but at the same time, it's very tasty.

There are people that are going to complain about the size of this place and the wait to get in, but this is the sort of intimate, spirited dining experience that you just don't get outside of New York City. Chimu's cuisine features a wonderful array of flavors, with portions that would make even the hardiest professional wrestler think twice. The staff is attentive and good-natured, offering up suggestions of things that they love without necessarily aiming diners at the most expensive options. Go early if you can, otherwise be ready for the aforementioned wait and try to make the best of it.
